It seems every year the summer goes by faster and faster... now it's already time to send our children (and ourselves) back to school...

I don't know how it happened, but I am joining the "empty nesters"; my youngest child, Leah, is off to her first year at Boston University! Andrea and David Katz will have lots of free time too, with Emily at Wellesley.

Get well soon to Bernice Schmier and Shirley Konsker. Congratulations to Irwin and Marcia Birnbaum on their first granddaughter! Congratulations to Ed and Linda Humphrey who moved into their beautiful new home!

Happy August birthday wishes to Pat Williams, Joanne Small, Kaitlyn Romeo (18), Alex Dube (19), Marykate McMahon (19), Jessica Feintisch (23), and Robyn Kapelner (20).
