On August 15, I made a call to 911, at the request of a pedestrian known as P.M., about a man walking around the neighborhood, trying to mug people with a knife. Not more than three minutes after the call, there were several squad cars at my door to aid P.M. He was brave enough to jump in the squad car and help find this would-be threat to the community. For this, I thank the officers at the 100 Precinct and the heroic act of P.M.
