for larger version       Kieran J.Louden Kieran J. Louden, a former Rockaway Beach resident who moved in 1985, died August 12. Louden was born in Rockaway Beach and worked as a mail handler for the U.S. Postal Service at Stewart Airport in Newburgh, New York. Louden served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard during the Vietnam Era. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Ann Louden; brothers, Walter and Mack Goggin and Albert Louden Jr.; and sister, Helene Fager. Louden is survived by his former wife, Amy Amatuccio; sons, Brenden and Joshua; brother, Frank Louden; and sister, Barbara Noone.
Funeral arrangements and visitation were entrusted to the Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home, with a service held at the funeral home. Disposition was private.
