Sanders To Host Town Hall Meeting August 23
Councilman James Sanders Jr. will host a town hall meeting regarding zoning issues and community safety on Thursday, August 23 at 8 p.m. at Congregation Kneseth Israel (The White Shul) located at 728 Empire Avenue in Far Rockaway. "It's time we focus on issues that affect the eastern portion of the Rockaways. There are certainly issues such as zoning, safety and whatever is on the mind of my constituents that must be addressed," said Sanders in a press release. "I intend for this townhall to be small and intimate, which will allow me to give the appropriate attention each issue deserves. I urge all to come out and be a part of it."
