Kenneth P. Mullane, a Rockaway resident for 36 years coming from Brooklyn, died August 5.

Mullane, who was born in Brooklyn, served in the United States Navy from 1960 to 1963. He was a ticket agent for United Airlines for 30 years.

Mullane was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Curley Mullane.

He is survived by his son, Kenneth P. Mullane Jr.; daughters, Kelly Schmitt and Kathryn Mullane; brothers, Jack and Michael Mullane; sisters, Theresa and Patricia; grandchildren, Jenna, Kathleen and Matthew Schmitt.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Denis S. O'Connor Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis de Sales Church on Friday, August 10 at 9:45 a.m. Interment will be at Trinity-St. John's Cemetery in Hewlett.
