RSA,Morgan Stanley Kick Off Clean-Up Program
 | | The Rockaway Sports Association, along with Morgan Stanley, has initiated the "Pay It Forward" program to encourage young adults to assist their community. One of the first initiatives for the RSA was to implement a clean-up program throughout the Rockaways and the first stop was at the Beach 25 Street subway station in Wavecrest.
