Health Expo On July 29

A health expo focusing on lifestyle changes will take place on Sunday, July 29 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., under the tent at Beach 53 Street and Rockaway Beach Boulevard.

Sponsored by the Health Ministry Department of the Solid Rock SDA Church, the expo includes information by local health providers, blood pressure and BMI (body mass index) tests, interactive demonstrations on exercise, food demonstrations and samples, hydrotherapy and back massage. Participants can also find out their health age and more.
