'Diamond Pros' Back In Fort Tilden For July
Two Sessions Set For Hitting, Running, Catching, Pitching
 | | The "Diamond Pros" instructional baseball camp will once again set up at the Rockaway Little League headquarters in Fort Tilden for two July sessions. Run by camp director Lou Santos, a highly respected college coach, the instructional camp features base-running, catching, throwing, hitting and pitching instruction from high school and college stars. |

 | | Every player gets individual hitting instruction and then gets to try their new skills in real game situations. In addition, campers will attend a Cyclones game at Keyspan Park this summer and will be introduced on the field as part of the pre-game festivities. |

 | | Santos gets involved with the coaching. He is seen giving a group batting clinic to seven and eight-year-olds last summer. |

 | | Every day ends with game play and a review by the staff. On the Friday that ends each week, campers and their families are treated to a free BBQ and a game between the campers and their family members.
