Free Immigration Workshops 7/14

Assemblywoman Michele R. Titus, with CUNY School of Law, Community Legal Resource Network (CLRN), CUNY On Wheels and Community Church of Nazarene, present free immigration workshops on Saturday, July 14 at PS 215, 535 Briar Place, Far Rockaway, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Licensed attorneys will discuss issues including: the state of immigration law today; basic immigration concepts; and avoidance of poor choices related to immigration legal services. Each attorney will also highlight the important concepts in areas such as family immigration, removal proceedings, domestic violence, and asylum.

Following the presentation, attorneys will provide brief consultations on a first come, first served basis.
