St. John's Day Celebrated By Residents And Friends
St. John's Residence for Boys celebrated its 33rd annual St. John's Day on June 22, 2007. Despite enduring some high winds, which was better than rain, everyone enjoyed the day. The Knicks Groove Unit entertained the crowd, along with the Pepper Stepper Double Dutch team, a clown, and DJ Rob, the DJ on staff at St. John's. Along with the entertainment, activities (such as carnival rides, arts and crafts, and games) kept the residents, staff, friends, and neighbors of the St. John's family amused, a spokesperson said.
