Hamer-Campos Farmer's Market The Hamer-Campos Farmer's Market is open for business as of June 30, 2007. Themarket will take place every Saturday through Thanksgiving from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. inthe PS 42 schoolyard at 430 Beach 66 Street. This year the market is focusing onfood grown locally, and as in years past, Charlie Cara begins the season as the market'sbiggest customer. The organizers are also holding a Hamer-Campos homeowner'svegetable garden contest with cash prizes, free workshops, gifts, and gardeningresources. Come early for the best selection of produce and plants.
