Oh So Grand At 90!

Charlotte Kulovany celebrated her 90th birthday on June 24 with a fete at Russo's on the Bay for friends and family, including her children Robert Kulovany and Carol Coyle. The grand dame of Rockaway Beach confides that her secret is to keep involved and keep dancing.
