St. John's Offers Lesson In Childbirth

For those who are expecting, St. John's Episcopal Hospital in Far Rockaway is offering childbirth classes.

Taught by prepared childbirth educators, the course will cover a plethora of topics from breathing and breast-feeding, to nutrition and prost-partum depression.

The classes, which are also affordable, will be held in three Thursday sessions on July 5, 12 and 19.
