SJEH Honors DO Graduates

Graduates of the Osteopathic Medicine Residency Program of St. John's Episcopal Hospital were honored recently with a ceremony and dinner at the VFW Hall in Valley Stream, NY. The American Osteopathic Association-approved program offers specialty training in dermatology, family practice, obstetrics/gynecology, ophthalmology, and surgery. Pictured, the graduates of the Family Practice, Dermatology and Ophthalmology programs assembled with the faculty.
Dr. Roy DeBeer, attending physician in the Department of Internal Medicine, gave books on osteopathic medicine to intern Cecilia Cui, DO, while interns Lyudmila Nicholaychoo, DO (far left), and Tara Whelan, DO, looked on.
