DA Brown Heralds Reduction In Crime, Introduces New Transit Captain

Byrne, the new commanding officer of Transit 23, was introduced to the community at the 100 Precinct Community Council meeting on May 23. Neacy, the commander of the 100 Precinct, said the two commands will be "doing a lot of coordinating together."
