Heavy Winds Overturn Two Boats At High School Boat Ramp Wednesday

Heavy winds and rain on Wednesday evening about 5:30 p.m. overturned two boats that were being recovered at the boat ramp at Beach Channel High School at Beach 101 Street and Beach Channel Drive.
