for larger version       Local To Perform At West End Temple Aerial Acoustics, a guitar duo featuring local resident Dorothy Wagner on classical guitar and Dennis Smith on steel-string guitar will be performing a concert at West End Temple, 147-02 Newport Avenue in Neponsit on Sunday, April 22 at 4 p.m. Their original instrumental music is an eclectic blend of New Age, jazz, classical and pop. Mesmerizing original compositions, as well as high-energy covers of tunes ranging from baroque to jazz to rock comprise their repertoire. Performing together since 1995, these two musicians have created a unique and exciting musical sound. Their performances are always enthusiastically received and have included venues such as the Classic American Guitar Show, the Great American Guitar Show and the U.S. Open Tennis Championships in Flushing, Queens. They have been featured on numerous radio and television shows including WDHA radio and WABC TV's Good Morning America.
