Pheffer, Titus Discuss Improving Libraries

Assemblywoman Audrey I. Pheffer (D-Queens) and Assemblywoman Michele Titus recently met with Thomas W. Galante, Library Director, to talk about the future of the Queens Borough Public Library. Galante came to Albany to request additional capital monies for the Queens Libraries. They also discussed the possible expansion of the library for teenagers as well as building a new library in Far Rockaway. Pictured, left to right: Galante, Titus and Pheffer.
