Machuca And Steward Wed In North Carolina
Rafael Luis Machuca and Jennifer Linn Steward were married on January 13, 2007 at St. Mary's Chapel in Charlotte, North Carolina. Machuca is the son of Betty Ann McLoughlin of Rockaway Park and Santiago Machuca of Woodhaven. He is a graduate of Beach Channel High School and earned a BBA in accounting from Baruch College. Machuca is an accounting analyst at BMW Manufacturing in Greer, South Carolina. Steward is the daughter of the late Herbert and Elmer Jones of Ruffin, South Carolina. She earned a BA in Mass Communication from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. She is a newscast director at WYFF News 4 in Greenville, South Carolina. The couple honeymooned on a Western Caribbean Cruise.
