for larger version       Veterans Town Hall Meeting Congressman Gregory W. Meeks will host a Congressional Veterans Town Hall on Tuesday, February 20 to discuss the concerns of those who have served in our armed forces. "Veterans and active duty military personnel in our community have fought and sacrificed for our freedoms," said Meeks. "One of the most important things Congress can do is keep the promises we've made to our veterans, and I believe that starts with listening to them. I am looking forward to meeting with veterans and their families, and to hear firsthand their concerns and their experience following their service to our great nation." The meeting, open to the public, will be held at the Pratt Auditorium in the VA Primary and Extended Care Center, 179 Street and Linden Boulevard in St. Albans, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
