Woman Wanted For Credit Card Fraud

Detectives from the 101 Precinct are seeking a suspect within their confines who allegedly stole a credit card from another woman and used it for her own personal shopping spree.

The suspect, a 5'7'' black female between the ages of 20 and 30, was caught on store security camera shopping with the victim's card.

According to the victim's account from September, she applied for a credit card and was supposed to receive it through the mail. However, when her new card failed to arrive, she called the bank and was informed that the account was already activated and being used by someone else. The suspect was spotted on camera wearing a pink short-sleeve shirt and dark jeans. Anyone with information is urged to call 800-577-TIPS, or contact the 101 Precinct Detective Squad at 718-868-3429.
