The Bass Kings Embraced By Hollywood And Scorpio Rocks The Crowd

The Bass Kings have been warmly embraced by many in the Hollywood community for their efforts to raise funds benefiting the widows and children of soldiers killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. They are pictured here with one of Hollywood's hottest deejays, "DJ Von Ukuf" (wearing camouflage pants and sneakers) and his entourage, which includes members of the "Ultimate Fighting" circuit. Live Nation is pleased to announce that Dame Edna will perform "Live and Intimate" at the North Fork Theatre at Westbury on Tuesday, February 26 and Wednesday, Febru-ary 27.

Following the national success of her previous Tony-attracting shows, "The Royal Tour" and "Back with a Vengeance," Dame Edna Everage, the international housewife, therapist, gigastar, guru, and celebrity confidant, is currently crafting her latest, exciting entertainment strategies on her private estate in her native Australia.

All will soon be revealed with "Dame Edna- Live and Intimate," for her adoring, loyal, and fashionably slim U.S. audiences. Dame Edna will display her unique genius within a new and vibrantly stimulating, theatrical infrastructure.

Gary Toms, aka Scorpio, rocks the crowd at Joseph's Café (EM Sundays). Major stars like Tom Hanks and Dennis Hopper have frequented the popular Hollywood nightclub. The Bass Kings, made up of Toms and his life-long friend Joseph Bonilla, raised over $15,000 at a Hollywood fundraiser at the club on November 25. In a spooky way, I am theater in the making. My shows are really not shows at all; they are not events at all, they are miracles which you can proudly tell your grandchildren you witnessed."
