SJEH Nurses Hold Lecture Series
The Nursing Department of St. John's Episcopal Hospital held its 9th Annual Distinguished Nurse Lecture Series on Wednesday, September 26, at the Lawrence Country Club in Nassau County. The lecture, entitled "Focus . . . A New Vision on Health & Wellness," was presented by Posie Carpenter, RN, MSN, MPH, who is a member of the University of California Los Angeles Hospital System senior management team and Chief Administrative Officer for Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center and Orthopedic Hospital.
