Hosting the September 29 event was local artist Sylfronia King, who already has had a number 12 hit on the independent charts in the U.K. and the U.S. In addition to a fashion show by LaVida's Bridal Galleria, a variety of local dance and musical artists entertained the crowd, who gathered in the common walkway on Beach 20 Street and Central Avenue. Some of the other Far Rockaway businesses that took part included Perfect Pets, YADAH Transportation and Platform Entertainment.
