Jackie Bradford, a Broad Channel resident for more than 35 years, died August 2. He was 70.

Bradford, who was born in New York City, is survived by his wife, Helen; son, John; daughter, Tammy; brother, Kenny; sister, Eileen; and his grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hillebrand's Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Virgilius Church. Interment was at St. John's Cemetery.
