Vandals Strike Arverne By The Sea During Daylight


Brazen vandals defaced property, such as this mailbox on Beach 74 Street, at Arverne By The Sea on Saturday, August 18, prompting at least one resident to call for increased vigilance among residents. "The time has come for us to be more observant of the people that come through our community," said Charles Jacobs, president of the ABTS homeowners association.
