Stan Brown and his Pepper Steppers have taken the world by storm, winning the Double-Dutch World Championships in South Carolina last week. Brown, who has been involved with kids and Double - Dutch jump roping for more than 30 years, brought home the championship and lots of trophies and individual accolades to Rockaway with three first place awards. Double- Dutch jumping requires two jump ropes and complex footwork. "We're world champions, and it feels good," Laa'Neisha Jones, 15, told a Daily News reporter.
