Police are investigating a shooting incident on Tuesday afternoon that left two residents of a city housing complex in Edgemere with gunshot wounds to their extremities. Jeannette Louise Anderson, a longtime Rockaway resident, died April 19. She was 69. Anderson, a teacher's assistant, was born in Brooklyn on April 13, 1938.
