Theadora Goonan and Ann Marie O'Connor announce the engagement of Tara Goonan and Liam O'Connor of Rockaway Beach. Tara is the daughter of Theadora and the late Roger Goonan of Whiting, New Jersey. Tara grew up in Monroe, New York with her parents and now resides in Rockaway Beach. Liam is the son of Ann Maria and Liam O'Connor. Liam is a lifetime Rockaway resident and father of Christian Michael O'Connor. A 2008 wedding is planned for the couple.
