Live Nation presents blues sensation Jonny Lang at the North Fork Theatre at Westbury on Saturday, February 24 at 8 p.m. Often called a guitar prodigy and virtuoso, Lang will once again heat up the stage at Westbury, playing hit songs like "Lie to Me," "Red Light," "Long Time Coming," "Wander this World," and "Thankful." Reeve Carney also appears.

Jonny Lang, one of the most influential young musicians in today's blues world, released his first album, Smokin' , when he was only 14 years old as Kid Jonny Lang & the Big Bang. Since then, Lang has released five solo records on the A&M label. platinum and gold certifications, a Grammy nomination, and performed at numerous sold out headline concerts around the world. Lang's music is soulful, powerful, and passionate and combines the blues with rock and roll. He was greatly influenced by Stevie Ray Vaughn, and has toured with and been praised by musicians like the Rolling Stones, Aerosmith, BB King and Sting.

On Lang's most recent album, Turn Around , his lyrics and passionate vocals present a more mature and creative side of Lang. The record talks about the hardships Lang has experienced throughout his life, and how these struggles helped him to become the successful artist he is today. Turn Around focuses on Lang's life and the tracks come straight from his heart. This album presents a message to Lang's fans that in order to turn around, you must move ahead.
