Also abroad is Talia Fraiman, spending one month traveling in India before finishing up her year of study in Israel.
Welcome home to Benny Lander, who just returned from a "birthright to Israel." Big brother Ian is still traveling.
Get well wishes to Scott Blutstein, who had a snowboarding accident and is recuperating from arthroscopic knee surgery. Hope my aunt, Bernice Hader, is feeling better too!
Happy birthday to: Dr. Bruce Lum, Ilene Kapelner, Catherine Davis and son-in-law, Rusty Sutterlin. Kelly Dier, Alie Blustein and Annie Bea Blitner, all celebrating their 18th birthdays. Erin O'Connor is 19. Happy one year to Ava David and birthday wishes to her mom, Ariana.
Congratulations to college-bound Matthew Sutterlin, who was accepted to the University of Rhode Island's six-year pharmaceutical program.
Candice Clark has been accepted to Connecticut College and will attend that institution.
Good luck to Adam Kapelner, moving to Berkley and working in a start-up company. He'll also continue doing research for Stanford University. Rachel Shapiro just changed schools and is now working at Sethlow Junior High School and knocking them dead doing real estate in Red Hook, Brooklyn!
Happy Valentine's Day birthday to my son, David, who will be 21-years-old on that day.
Best of luck!
