for larger version       Camp kidsmART Celebrates End Of Season Camp kidsmART will close its seventh summer season with an exhibit of original paintings, oil pastels, collage, and other arts and crafts created by campers in the sTudio-6 and sTudio 7 galleries in Ft. Tilden on Wednesday, August 9 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. The camp celebrates the visual and performing art achievements of the 180 campers that attend each year. There will also be multi-media exhibitions and displays that represent the children's accomplishments. On the Moon Stage, campers who participate in dance, musical theater, choral and camp band will perform a variety of original choreographed numbers and popular favorites. In the Post Theater there will be an ongoing slideshow of campers enjoying activities, ranging from visual and performing art workshops to organized sports activities, and special events like "Pirates of the Peninsula Day."
