NYC vs. Las Vegas Councilmatic Challenge

The youth of the Rockaway peninsula andthe New York City Housing Authority, (NYCHA)Lacrosse programonce again will be hosted by the city of Las Vegas, the Honorable Mayor Oscar B. Goodmanand Councilman Lawrence Weekly in the 1stAnnual Councilmatic Challenge Friendship games.

Councilman James Sanders Jr. celebrated the feat at Applebees Restaurant along with the Rockaway Sports Association President Greg Carter, NYCHA Head CoachLacrosse Richard Washington, sponsorsKevin and James Pruitt of Pruitt Enterprises along with theirlovely MomsMs. D. Pruitt, and the manager of Applebees, Adam Eury.

RSA President Greg Carter truly wishes to thank all of our outstanding sponsors on and of the Rockaway Peninsula for their continued support.The youth that participate in this outstanding event truly receive more than just playing games.Our kids meet and greet different and diverse people of our country through the great travel and educational experiences on our Amtrak excursion.RSA President Greg Carter states that the experiences that all of our youth receive during this amazing sports/education competitioncannot be qualified/ quantified.
