Adult Day Care Celebrates Chinese New Year

Members of the Adult Day Health Care program at Peninsula Center For Extended Care and Rehabilitation were treated to a “Chinese New Year Celebration” on Wednesday, February 1, complete with a lunch of special Chinese foods prepared by Sylvia Wang, Director of Food and Nutrition at PHC. “Our clients enjoy these special occasions so much. Our staff works very hard to make our program a very special one and occasions such as these are enjoyed by staff and clients alike,” says Joyce Little, Director. Chinese music, television programming, artwork, food and instructions on the use of chopsticks were part of the day’s enjoyable festivities!
