for larger version       Small Ceremony For Boy Found On Beach A small ceremony marking the one-year anniversary of the discovery of “John Valentine,” an infant whose body washed up on the Rockaway shoreline last February wrapped in a sheet and stuffed into a bag, will be held on the beach between Beach 109 and Beach 110 Streets this Sunday, February 5 at 4 p.m. Cecelia Davis, who was walking her dog on the beach with a friend when she found the body, said that with the death of children making headlines citywide, she wants people to be aware that the mystery surrounding the boy’s death goes unsolved.
