PHC Begins ‘Employee Of The Month’ Program
 | | Peninsula Hospital Center initiated a new Employee of the Month Program beginning February 2006. The Employees of the Month are nominated and selected based upon “PRIDE” criteria: Professionalism, Respect, Initiative, Dedication and Empathy. Employees can be nominated by their peers, supervisors, physicians or patients. “Our dedicated employees deserve to be recognized for the exemplary work they do at the Hospital Center and we are very pleased to have our Employee of the Month award in place,” states Robert V.
