The Rotary Club of the Rockaways is holding its annual Thanksgiving Food Drive in front of Waldbaum's Supermarket on Saturday, November 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Rotary Club members will be on hand to collect nonperishable food contributions, which will be donated to local food kitchens and the needy during the Thanksgiving season.

"This is a great opportunity to clean out your pantries before the holidays, and make a generous contribution to those in need at the same time," said Rotary Club President, Nancy Hanson.

The Rotary is an organization of business and professional people united worldwide to offer humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace around the world.
