100 Precinct Council Hosts Oktoberfest Breakfast

The 100 Precinct Community Council hosted its annual Oktoberfest Breakfast at the Beach Club on Sunday morning, honoring a number of locals who have given their time and effort to the community. Pictured, honoree Daniel Ruscillo and his family.
