Motorcyclist Wipes Out Near Riis Park

A 22-year-old motorcycle rider was treated at Peninsula Hospital Center last Sunday afternoon after he lost control and was flung from his sport bike near Jacob Riis Park, police said. Oleg Osinovsky of Brooklyn suffered scrapes to his arms and legs, and a back injury. He wore a helmet, but was issued summonses for not having proof of registration and inspection.
