Di Capua - La Torre Engagement Announced

The engagement of Samantha Jo Di Capua and Salvatore La Torre has been announced by the future bride's parents, Mr. & Mrs. Gregory Di Capua of Neponsit. The future bridegroom is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Dominick La Torre of Staten Island. Di Capua is a graduate of Bishop Kearney High School in Brooklyn. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/ Elementary Education from St. Francis College, Brooklyn. She is a fifth grade teacher at P.S. 101 in Brooklyn. La Torre is a graduate of Xaverian High School in Brooklyn. He is currently studying Criminology at St. Francis College in Brooklyn. He is a police officer with the New York City Police Department and is assigned to the 62nd police precinct in Brooklyn. Wedding details are soon to follow.
