Cierra and Cieana Victoria, the daughters of Amanda and Ronald Victoria and the granddaughters of Debbie McHale, Vincent Alagonia and Thomas Lovich, recently celebrated their stepping up graduation from Pre-K to Kindergarten at PS 225Q in Rockaway Park.
