The first place Powerpuffs came out of the Easter break with a 4-0 record but ran into a TopTen team that was determined to spoil their perfect record. After a scoreless first half, TopTen grabbed a 1-0 lead in the first minute of the second stanza. Despite numerous impressive rushes by Marissa Scotto and Therese Boyle, the Powerpuffs could not tie the score. Defenders Kelly Casey and Katie King and goalie Brittany Hart had their hands full but did not break. A late goal by TopTen assured the victory.

The Mojo Jojos were also powered by late goals. Previously winless, the Mojos fell behind 1-0 to the Coneheads on a goal that ricocheted in off the defense. Megan LaCognata tied the score

later in the half, pounding home a rebound of a shot by Daisy Trusttum. The Mojo Jojos stayed on the attack the entire second half. Outstanding saves by Conehead goalie Anna Charles kept the score tied at 1.

Finally, the Mojos grabbed their first lead of the season. Daisy stole a Conehead corner kick and led a 3-on-1 break the length of the field before scoring from in front. Five minutes later, Daisy made the score 3-1 with a blast from along the goal line. In the final minute, Daisy completed her hat trick by going top shelf from the left side. It was the first hat trick of the Soccer Classic season.

The week's award winners were Lisa Pulkoski, Therese Boyle, Kelly Casey and Deirdre McCool for Hustle; Maria Calakis and Michelle Wrynn for team sportsmanship; and Megan LaCognata and Marina Cregan were Soccer Idols.
