Harry James Harper Auto Mechanic
Harry James Harper, a former Broad Channel resident, died January 10 after a long battle with leukemia and bone cancer. He was 35.
Harper, an auto mechanic, was born on March 11, 1970 in Broad Channel. He spent his childhood in Broad Channel, eventually residing in Lago Vista, Texas. He served his country in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Faye Young Harper on December 5, 2005. She was helping to care for him during his illness.
Harper is survived by his wife, Sunshine; daughters, Tiffany, Ashlie, Makaila, Saharra, Bailey and Brianna; his parents, Harry and Jane Harper; sister, Dawn Rynkowski French and Marlena Harper; brothers, Jeffrey Rynkowski and Michael and Christopher Harper; brother-in-law, Paul; sister-in-law, Tina; niece, Ariel; and many aunts and uncles.
Funeral services and a memorial were held in Lago Vista, Texas. Disposition was held in Lago Vista, Texas.
