Man Struck By Car While Crossing RBB

A 60-year-old man was hit by a car last Sunday while crossing Rockaway Beach Boulevard near his home, police said. Billy Mulligan of Beach 119 Street was hit by a sedan driven by Colleen O’Rourke of 105-00 Shore Front Parkway. Mulligan, seen here with his head bandaged, suffered bleeding and was brought to Peninsula Hospital Center by EMS.
