Click Here for More Information Beach 116 Parking Update On-street parking will be disrupted due to construction Monday, October 31 and Tuesday, November 1 on Beach 116 Street, according to the Chamber of Commerce. There will be “No Parking” in the north and southbound lanes, from the municipal parking lot to Rockaway Beach Boulevard on those days, so that milling and repaving can take place. “Vehicular traffic will be able to pass through, but expect delays,” said Joanie Omeste, Chamber Executive Director, who has been in close contact with the Department of Transportation as the parking reconfiguration continues. Store deliveries will be permitted, and the municipal lot will remain open. The work was postponed once due to inclement weather.
