A Mayor’s Office representative and reps from several city agencies visited the Flight 587 crash site, Beach 131 and Newport Avenue, and St. Francis de Sales Monday in preparation for this year’s memorial service on November 12. While details of the ceremony have not been finalized, Mayor’s Office Spokesperson Silvia Alvarez says it will be “very similar to last year’s.” Terry D.
