At the St. Francis De Sales gymnasium on October 8, the Harlem Wizards basketball team made their annual visit to the Rockaways. As usual, the Graybeards met them head on as they both participated in a fundraiser that raised money to benefit the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Both teams entertained a sellout crowd who cheered wildly during an exciting Sunday afternoon.
Some of the younger basketball stars stepped in and watched the tricks of the basketball trade from the Wizards.
