Norton Basin And Michaelis Park Cleanup

On September 17, members of the Norton Basin Edgemere Stewardship Group, founded by Marlen Waaijer, worked with the Parks Department, the DEC and Jamaica Bay Guardian, Don Riepe, to restore the neglected section of Michaelis Bayswater Park in Bayswater, as part of the American Littoral Society-sponsored Coastal Cleanup.
