Simon Wants Fast Track to Aqueduct

District Leader Lew M. Simon recently described the benefits of reopening the old Rockaway Beach line of the LIRR to the operators of the new Video Lottery Terminals at Aqueduct. By using the Atlantic line and the Rockaway line trains from Lower Manhattan could save 10 to 15 minutes each way.
