More Old Rockaway Hotels: Where Are They Today?

These three old Rockaway hotels may or may not still be standing today under new names. The hotel above, the Hotel Pioneer, is

obviously the present Lawrence Hotel on Beach 116 Street. The hotel, which became one of the most notorious welfare hotels in the city is currently being

redeveloped into stores and

condos by a new owner, although works seems to be going very slowly at present.

The Lawrence Hotel of the past was a brick edifice, not the wooden derelict that stands today. Where was it? What is at that location today?
The Hotel Cecil was obviously a Kosher establishment, but where was it and what stands there today? We assume that the woman on the steps is one of the owners, Perhaps she is the B. Siegfried of the sign.
